Bake these Chicken Bites in the oven for a snack or a meal
everyone will enjoy.
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/4 to 1/2 cup hot sauce (to taste)
3 1/2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs, lightly beaten
3 – 4 cups Corn Flakes cereal, crushed
1/4 to 1/2 cup hot sauce (to taste)

Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Grease your pan or line a large
baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix your chicken, cream cheese and hot sauce, cheddar cheese and green onions in a bowl.
Make about 1 ½ inch balls and put on a plate or another baking sheet until all the chicken mixture is made into balls.

Put flour in a shallow
dish and mix eggs up in a small bowl.
Put corn flakes into another small bowl.
Dip your chicken balls into the flour first, then egg mixture
and cover with corn flakes.
Put on your baking dish and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Serve with ranch dressing or the dressing from my last recipe
for zucchini dip.
