A fast and easy cookie for your sweetheart.
6 tablespoons butter,
melted
1 box Duncan Hines Red
Velvet Cake Mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon zest
(optional)
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
Directions:
Preheat the oven to
370-degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set
aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and
cornstarch. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat
the eggs, then added cooled melted butter, lemon zest and cake mix. Mix
by hand until combined.
Roll into 1-inch
balls. Roll each ball in the powdered sugar mixture then place on a
prepared baking sheet about 2-inches apart.
Bake for 7-9 minutes
until set.
